A Federal Court Success Story

Extremely delighted to share that one of our close family member’s  visas which was initially refused  has been set aside due to involvement of Federal Court. The decision was extremely unreasonable and Counsel for IRCC agreed to get it redetermined from a different officer. Thanks to the almighty for this successful representation.
