A Compassionate Victory for Senior Clients

Sharing the positive outcome of the asylum claim for our client. This one is special because the claimants were in their old age. We have made relevant submissions to the Board to excuse them from hearing due to their medical condition. The board graciously accepted our submissions and the claimants were excluded to go through the Immigration and Refugee Board hearing.
