This document confirms the official decision by the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada regarding an appeal filed on July 11, 2024.

The appeal was considered on November 19, 2024, by Member Aaron David Smith. The RAD has allowed the appeal, setting aside the previous decision made by the Refugee Protection Division (RPD). Consequently, the Division has determined that the person subject to the appeal is a Convention refugee.
