Settlement Achieved at Federal Court

Sharing the Federal Court’s settlement offer from an IRCC representative , received for our client for unreasonable LMIA Work Permit Rejection. The client had an initial rejection and came to us for his new application. We saw few issues in the previous application and decided to submit a new application with strong legal arguments based on decided case laws. However, the officer did not take anything into consideration and refused the application on different grounds. We challenged the refusal in the Federal Court and received the offer to settle.
